Gaudi mosaic bench
The brief was to change a play-garden for children into a space for adults and teens to relaxing/ entertain. This was a self-build project and I've been worked alongside the homeowners for almost three years as they develop their garden in stages. Self-build and staged delivery are two of the unique services I offer as part of my flexible process. Features include two low-maintenance shrub/ perennial beds (one gold/ purple, the other magenta/ silver), a sunbathing lawn and small 'grow your own' area. The showpiece is a 6m curved concrete bench, with a mosaic designed and laid by me... and the family.
INNOVATION: Complex curved shuttering used for concrete-pour, to make the bench.
